One practical note about the streets

The 16th is not the tight medieval grid of the older central arrondissements, and the grand avenues like Foch, Kléber and Victor Hugo are easy for a long car. The catch is Auteuil and old Passy, where some residential streets are genuinely narrow and lined with parked cars, and the small squares around Place Victor Hugo and La Muette can pinch.
