Every booking is priced on a custom quote

We do not publish a fixed rate card, and there is a good reason for that. A wedding exit from a townhouse in the 16th arrondissement, a stag night that loops around the Champs-Élysées, and an early transfer from Charles de Gaulle to a hotel near Opéra are three completely different jobs. They use the car for different lengths of time, cover different distances, and run at different hours. A single number printed on a page could never be fair to all of them, so we build each price around the trip you actually want.

When you send us the details of your event, we reply with one clear, all-inclusive figure. You approve it before anything is confirmed. There are no rates shown on this page and no surprises added afterwards.

What "all inclusive" actually covers

The quote you receive is the price you pay. It already includes the things other companies often bill on the side:

• Your chauffeur — a professional driver who arrives at your address, handles the traffic, and looks after your group for the whole booking.
• Fuel — every kilometre driven, from the pick-up point to the final drop-off.
• Tolls — including the péage sections of the A1 and A3 motorways used for airport runs and trips out to Disneyland Paris or the Château de Versailles.
• Champagne on board — chilled and ready when you step inside.

Because these are already counted in, the amount we quote is the amount that appears at the end of the evening. You will not be handed an extra bill for the diesel or the motorway barrier on the way home.

The date and the time of year

Demand in Paris is not flat. Wedding season from late spring through September, the run-up to New Year's Eve, Fashion Week, and public holidays such as the 14th of July all book out quickly. A Saturday night is busier than a Tuesday afternoon. The further ahead you reserve a high-demand date, the better placed you are.

How long you need the car

A one-way transfer from Orly to a hotel is short and simple. A Paris-by-night tour that pauses at the Eiffel Tower for photos, drives past the Arc de Triomphe, and waits outside a restaurant in Le Marais keeps the vehicle and chauffeur committed for several hours. Pricing follows the time the car is reserved for you, so tell us your start time and roughly when you expect to finish.

Which vehicle you choose

Our fleet ranges from the classic Lincoln Town Car stretch to the larger Lincoln Navigator, the Hummer H2, the Chrysler 300C, and the Mercedes V-Class van for groups who want space and comfort without the stretch silhouette. A bigger vehicle that seats a full party is priced differently from a car built for a couple. Pick the one that matches your headcount and the mood of the occasion.

Your route and how far it runs

Distance matters. Staying inside the Périphérique for a birthday dinner is one thing; running out to a reception venue in the countryside of the Yvelines, or over to Marne-la-Vallée, adds kilometres and time. Airport work is easy to estimate — the drive between central Paris and CDG typically takes around forty-five minutes without heavy traffic, and Orly is a little closer to the south of the city — while a multi-stop evening depends entirely on the stops you want.

We reply with a single all-inclusive figure for your trip. If you want to compare two vehicles or two different timings, just say so and we will price both.
